H1: Returns Policy

Returns are part of buying clothes online — we get it. Sizing is not always exact, colors look different on screens, and sometimes something just does not feel right when it arrives. This page tells you exactly how returns work at SKYLRK, what qualifies, and how to get the process started.
Our Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 14 days, we are not able to accept returns unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in which case the timeline is different (see below).
The 14-day window starts from the delivery date shown on your tracking information, not from the date you notice something is wrong. So if you get your order, set it aside, and open it a week later — that week counts.
What Can Be Returned
To be accepted for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed — not tried on, not worn out, not laundered
- In original condition with all tags still attached
- In the original packaging if possible, or protected so it does not arrive damaged
What Cannot Be Returned
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sunglasses that have been worn or have scratched lenses
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Wallpaper downloads — digital products are non-refundable once delivered
- Items that arrive back to us in worn, washed, or damaged condition that was not caused by us
If you are not sure whether something qualifies, reach out before sending it back. It saves everyone time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item — that is entirely on us and we will fix it at no cost to you.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We will review it and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You will not need to return the damaged item in most cases.
Do not wait on this one — the 7-day window for damaged items is firm because it helps us identify and resolve fulfilment issues quickly.
How to Start a Return
Step 1 — Contact Us First
Do not just send the item back without reaching out. We need to confirm the return is eligible and give you the correct return address before anything goes in the post.
Go to our Contact page at skylrkco.shop and send us:
- Your order number
- The item or items you want to return
- The reason for the return
We will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days with confirmation and instructions.
Step 2 — Pack and Send
Once confirmed, pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot take responsibility for returns that do not arrive, and tracking gives both of us proof the package is on its way.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect when it arrived.
Step 3 — Refund or Exchange
Once your return arrives and we have confirmed it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account after we have processed it. We cannot speed that part up — it is on the bank’s end.
Exchanges
If you want a different size or colour rather than a refund, we are happy to arrange an exchange subject to stock availability. Let us know what you would prefer when you contact us to start the process and we will check what is available.
If the item you want in exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price can still be returned under the same conditions above, unless they were specifically marked as final sale at the time of purchase. If an item was marked final sale, that is visible on the product page before you buy.
International Orders
If you are returning from outside the country our returns address is based in, you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the return shipping process. We cannot refund these costs. Mark the package clearly as a return to help avoid unnecessary delays at customs.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
We inspect every return when it arrives. If an item comes back worn, washed, or in a condition that does not match what was described in the return request, we reserve the right to decline the refund or send the item back to you.
We are a small team. We process returns as quickly as we can and we try to communicate clearly throughout. If you are waiting on an update, reach out — we would rather you chase us than sit wondering what is happening.
