SKYLRK is an independent streetwear brand based online at skylrkco.shop. We sell graphic hoodies, sunglasses, and accessories directly to customers worldwide. When you buy from us, interact with our site, or sign up for updates, you are sharing information with us — and this policy explains how we treat it.

To send you updates you have asked for. If you sign up for SKYLRK emails, we use your email address to send you information about new drops, restocks, and promotions. Every email includes an unsubscribe link — one click and you are off the list.
To improve the site. Anonymised analytics data helps us understand what is working and what is not on skylrkco.shop. We look at this data in aggregate, not at individual user level.
To protect against fraud. Like any online store, we monitor for unusual activity to protect both our customers and our business.
Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your data. We do not trade it or hand it to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Full stop.
We do share limited information with the services that allow us to operate:
Shopify powers our store and handles the core infrastructure of every order, including checkout and payment processing. Your order data lives within Shopify’s systems.
Shipping carriers — including services such as USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on your location — receive your name and delivery address to get your order to you.
Shopify Payments and Stripe handle your card details securely through PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your full payment information ourselves.
Google Analytics receives anonymised traffic data to help us understand site performance. No personally identifiable information is passed to Google Analytics.

Our store runs on Shopify, which maintains PCI DSS Level 1 compliance — the highest level of payment security certification available. All connections to skylrkco.shop are encrypted via HTTPS. Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and Stripe, neither of which passes full card data through our systems at any point.
We keep our third-party integrations limited and reviewed. No system is completely immune to risk, but we take security seriously and we are not complacent about it.
Children
We sell to adults. If you are under 16, this store is not for you and we do not want your data. If you believe someone under 16 has placed an order or created an account, contact us and we will delete their information promptly.
Governing Law
