By visiting skylrkco.shop, you agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. That means no scraping our content, no attempting to interfere with how the site operates, and no using our brand assets without permission.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the site or refuse service to anyone for any reason, including if we believe an account is being misused.
The content on this site — including product images, brand visuals, graphics, and written copy — belongs to SKYLRK. Do not reproduce, redistribute, or use it without our written permission.
Placing an Order
When you place an order on skylrkco.shop, you are making an offer to purchase the item at the listed price. That offer becomes a confirmed order once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to cancel any order before fulfilment — for example, if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, if a pricing error occurred, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you confirm payment.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is placed, not when it ships.
All payment processing is handled by third-party providers. SKYLRK does not store or have access to your full card details. If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed and you will need to retry with valid payment details.
If a charge is disputed through your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we may be unable to honour future orders from that account while the dispute is open.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed — delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control are not something we can be held responsible for.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address on your order. If your order appears lost or has not moved in an unusual amount of time, contact us at support@skylrkco.shop and we will investigate with the carrier.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Our full returns process is covered on the Returns Policy page. The short version: 14 days from delivery for most items, unworn and with tags. Damaged or incorrect items are handled separately and we cover the cost. Digital downloads are non-refundable.
Products and Accuracy
We work hard to represent our products accurately — photographs, descriptions, and size information are as precise as we can make them. Colours may appear slightly differently on different screens, and this alone is not grounds for a return if the item matches the product description.
If a product is listed incorrectly — whether in price, description, or availability — we reserve the right to correct it and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Accounts
If you create an account on skylrkco.shop, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Any activity that happens under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@skylrkco.shop.
You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We will remove your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
SKYLRK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or products beyond the value of the order in question. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control — carrier delays, customs hold-ups, or circumstances beyond normal business operations.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be legally excluded, including damage caused by our own negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a change is significant, we may notify customers directly by email.
