What to Include in Your Message

The more context you give us, the faster we can help. For order-related questions, include:

  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
  • The item or items your question relates to
  • A brief description of the issue — or a photo if something arrived damaged

For general questions about sizing, products, or anything else, just ask. We know our products well and will give you a straight answer.

Response Times

We reply within 1 to 2 business days Monday through Friday. Messages sent over the weekend or on public holidays will be picked up on the next working day. During busy periods — new drops, sale events — it may take slightly longer but we will always get back to you.

Returns

If you are looking to start a return, please email us first before sending anything back. Our full returns process is on the Returns Policy page. Contacting us first means we can confirm eligibility and give you the correct return address — it makes the whole thing faster for both sides.
